Mistakes happen

During my tenure at the computer club help center I have made mistakes that might impact a neighbor I was trying to help. During my working life, one of the processes we used to get better was labeled post mortem. The purpose of the post mortem was to identify mistakes that hindered a project, with the hope that we would avoid that mistake in the next project. With that thought in mind, I will use a file named mistakes_happen, as a place holder. The purpose of the file is to be a place where we can record mistakes.
