The first server for this wiki is located on deluxehosting.com . This server is close to minimal configuration. It is not a VPS (Virtual Private Server), it is an application server for specific applications. The disk space is presently limited to 5 gigabytes.
Using the linux ftp or ftp-ssl client, to access the server, required the “-p” (passive) option.
Webdav worked. Use cpanel on the server to get the configuration for “Web Disk”. The port for Webdav access is 2078.
