Thoughts about trying to use a “method” for identifying problems with a clients computer.

Should this be a flowchart?

Windows Task Manager Why? Is any process absorbing excessive CPU, Disk or Network
Boot startup “cleanup”. Why? Are there “suspicious” or unnecessary boot time activities
GsmartControl Why? Verify that all disks are healthy
Windows Event Viewer Why? Look for “Critical” or “Error” events
Windows Scheduler Why? Look for
