Help Center Check In Procedures

Click: Annex SignIn Icon on Desktop

(Remember to see our Form icons reduce the full Annex signin window)

Click: Help Center tab

Click: Help Center Login tab

Enter Badge ID or Name. Click OK/ENTER

If Member name does not come up, inform them that they do NOT show up as a computer club member, and gently refer them to the CA office to pay the dues and come back with a receipt

In Member Complaint Area enter concise computer problem

Click: Save Changes Tab at bottom

Click: Print Repair Ticket tab at bottom–ticket # window opens up

Enter: Ticket Number in the small window (Number is found to the right of this window on the form).

Click: Ok

Click: OK Again in print window to print and close out ticket

Click: Blank Liability Release Form Icon on desktop

Liability Release Form

Click: Blank Liability Release Form Icon on desktop (You may have to erase previous member information in the form)

Go to bottom and complete Printed Name of Member

Right Click: on Signature Line, and click Clear Signature (if needed), Left Click to activate the signature pad, Have client sign pad

Click: Accept

Correct or complete Device“ and Date unless automatically filled

Click: File Menu then Save As

Click: Liability Release Form

File Name area: Start Typing the Last Name, First Name of the Member. (there is no need to erase the blue area—just type)

Click: Save

Click (X) out of the form
